Damages & Defects
Did something arrive damaged or defective? We’re sorry about that — and we’ll make it right. Just let our team know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll quickly help you find the best solution.
Return & Exchange Policy
To start a return, apply through our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery.
A few things to know before you send something back:
- Items must be unused, new, and in their original packaging. Because of our quality and hygiene standards, used products can’t be returned.
- Returns and exchanges aren’t accepted for Skincare, Hair Care, or Cosmetics.
- All red-line items, clearance items, sale items, and anything marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns need to be approved by customer service first — unapproved returns can’t be accepted.
- Customers cover return shipping. Please send your package back via the most affordable method you’d like. Original and return shipping charges aren’t refundable.
Receiving Your Refund (eGift Card)
Once your return reaches us, please allow 5–10 business days for it to be processed. After your item(s) are inspected, you’ll get an email with a gift card equal to the returned item(s), including sales tax where applicable, minus any shipping charges. That gift card is yours to use on anything we carry.
We don’t charge a standard restocking fee. That said, we do reserve the right to apply one — or to issue partial credit — if an item comes back used, damaged, or not in resalable condition. Returned items need to meet the criteria above, and we reserve the right to deny or reduce a refund based on the condition they arrive in.
