Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We don’t — Beyond Polish currently ships within the United States only, and every order goes out from our California warehouse.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders leave our California warehouse within 1–2 business days. From there, Standard Ground delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier volume. Things can run a little longer during big promotions or holiday periods.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates show at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and carrier. Good news though — we offer free Standard Ground shipping on orders over $75 (subtotal after discounts, Continental US). See full shipping details.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. You can also log into your account anytime to check the status.
My package shows delivered but I can’t find it.
This happens more often than you’d think — carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered a day or two early. First, check with household members and neighbors, and look in any safe-drop spots. If it still hasn’t turned up after 48 hours, contact Customer Care with your order number and we’ll take the next steps.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations aren’t guaranteed — but we’ll always try. Reach out as soon as you can with your order number and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and returns are refunded as store credit (eGift card). Final sale items and used products aren’t eligible. For full instructions and exclusions, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Oh no — we’re sorry about that! Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product, and we’ll get a replacement or refund sorted for you right away.
How are returns refunded, and how long does it take?
Returns are refunded as store credit (eGift card), which you can use on anything we carry. Once we receive and inspect your return, processing takes about 5–10 business days. If we cancelled your order or made a fulfillment error, that refund goes back to your original payment method instead.

Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. Beyond Polish is an authorized retailer, and we source directly from official brand distributors — so every product is 100% authentic, fresh, and professional-grade.
How can I tell if a product is authentic?
The safest move is to buy from authorized retailers like Beyond Polish. Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true — if a price seems unusually low, it’s often a sign the product isn’t genuine. Counterfeits tend to have poor packaging, misspellings, or colors that look slightly off.
Where can I view ingredients or safety info?
Each product page lists ingredient and usage details. If you have allergies or sensitivities, review the labels carefully and check with a professional if you’re unsure.

What’s the difference between nail polish and gel polish?
Nail polish air-dries and removes easily with remover. Gel polish cures under a UV/LED lamp for a harder, longer-lasting finish. Explore Nail Lacquer and Gel Polish.
How do I make my manicure last longer?
Prep your nails, apply a base coat, add two thin color coats, and seal with a top coat. Reapplying top coat every 2–3 days helps a lot too. Browse base & top coats.
How do I remove gel polish safely?
Lightly file the shiny top layer, soak a cotton pad with acetone, wrap each nail in foil for 10–15 minutes, then gently push off the residue — never force it. Shop Tools & Removers.
Accounts, Payment & Promotions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards plus the popular digital payment options shown at checkout. Gift cards and store credit can be applied right on the payment screen.
How do I use a promo code or gift card?
Enter your code in the “Discount code” or “Gift card” field at checkout, before placing your order. Just a heads-up — only one promo code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
Do I need an account to order?
Nope — you can check out as a guest. That said, creating an account lets you view past orders, save addresses, and track shipments more easily.
