Everything you need to know about how and when your order ships, tracking it, and keeping it protected along the way.
When will I get my order?
We don’t process orders on weekends or federal holidays — orders placed then start processing the next business day.
A few things that can affect timing
- Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose.
- Orders placed during promotional sales may see slight delays.
- We’ll always do everything we can to get your order to you on time.
- We can’t be held responsible for things outside our control — severe weather, carrier service interruptions, US holidays, and the like.
Free Standard Ground Shipping on orders over $75
Continental U.S. only.
*Order subtotal must reach $75 after any discounts are applied, and the Standard Ground option must be selected at checkout. Limited time only and can’t be combined with other coupon codes. Free shipping applies to Standard shipping only and excludes shipping rates over $12.99. Taxes, additional shipping and handling (if applicable), and gift card purchases don’t count toward the qualifying amount. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases aren’t eligible for adjustments. If you ship Standard to multiple addresses, free shipping applies only to destinations receiving more than $75 in merchandise; any address receiving less than $75 will be charged shipping accordingly. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an automated email with your tracking information. You can also check anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order details.
My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have it
First, we’d suggest checking with your local post office — they sometimes hold packages. If you still can’t track it down, email us and we’ll help get it sorted.
Shipping Insurance
We pack every order with care, but once a package leaves our hands, things can still go wrong — items break in transit, and packages occasionally get lost or stolen. Filing claims directly with USPS can be tedious and take weeks.
That’s why we partner with Navidium Shipping Protection. For a small fee at checkout, you can add coverage for exactly these situations. Filing a claim is easy, and resolutions happen quickly — you’ll either get a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Tracking shows “delivered,” but you haven’t received it.
- The package shipped, but there’s been no tracking movement for 7 days from the last checkpoint.
- During known high-volume carrier delays, we reserve the right to classify a shipment as “delayed” — otherwise, you’ll receive a replacement or refund.
- We can’t cover packages delivered to parcel lockers, forwarding companies, or business front desks, or those signed for by an individual.
Damages
- Broken bottles or items damaged in transit.
- Items missing due to package tampering during transit.
Not Covered
- Missing packages due to incorrect address information at checkout.
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier.
- Missing packages with confirmed delivery to parcel lockers, forwarding companies, or business front desks, or signed for by an individual.
- Items returned to us not in resalable condition — including undamaged items broken in transit due to insufficient packing, or items returned because they’ve been used.
Submitting a Claim
- Use our Returns Portal to start a claim.
- Enter your order number and email — if you purchased protection, options for a replacement or refund will appear.
- Photos are required in the portal for any damaged items.
- For “lost/stolen” packages, please wait three business days after delivery before filing a claim.

*Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the delivered date. Claims for packages presumed lost (status not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint. If a package arrives after a claim has been resolved, we kindly ask that you send it back at our expense. By selecting Navidium Shipping Protection, you agree to these terms.
Unprotected Orders
If something goes wrong and you didn’t add Navidium Shipping Protection, we’ll provide store credit for the price of the products only (minus tax and shipping), which you can use to replace the items. You can start a return through our Returns Portal.
