Broken Polish

Unfortunately, the top coat arrived shattered, and the contents had spilled. While the shipping box appeared undamaged and the other items (including the other nail polishes and lamp) were intact, the top coat had clearly broken before or during packing.

Upon opening the bubble wrap, shattered glass and polish spilled out, creating a hazardous mess. My priority at the time was ensuring my toddler and dog didn’t get hurt, so I was unable to take a photo of the damage in the moment. I then spent a significant amount of time cleaning everything.

I initially contacted support right away but didn’t receive a response until four days later and only after multiple follow-up emails. The delay in response, combined with the safety hazard and inconvenience caused, has been extremely frustrating—especially since I purchased this system to save time and money
