Thistle Do Nicely is neon, but not.

Thistle Do Nicely is neon, but not. It's a vibrant summer coral, with a hint of hot pink, no metalic to it at all.. With a nice bronze tan, it looks like a mimosa on the beach, or an orange dreamsicle. It looks like gel, but isn't, has a semi-matte finish and goes on with one coat perfectly. I've worn it on my toes for a week, no chips or fading, no touch ups needed. This is without a top coat. Bought a mini size at Sally's for $1 and plan to pick up the full size soon. Perfect summer color!
