Hard to dry

I guess you need a super charged light box to get the top coat to dry. Hmmmm

Hi Aimee! We're sorry you're having problems with the CND Shellac - Base & Top Coat. The most common reason for problems is that most top coat formulas require you to wipe the top coat with a non-acetone solution AFTER it has fully cured. You can use alcohol or the solution recommended for the specific product you are using. If you don't wipe the top coat after it has been under the LED light, it will remain tacky. Another solution is to use a 'no wipe' gel top coat formula.
