Steps:

1) Apply one coat of OPI Natural Nail Base Coat.

2) Apply OPI Nail Lacquer Let Love Sparkle and OPI Nail Lacquer Hello Pretty on a cosmetic sponge, then pat on nails and let dry. Repeat for coverage.

3) Using a dotting tool, create the clouds using OPI Nail Lacquer Alpine Snow.

4) Clean up using a brush and OPI Expert Touch Lacquer Remover.

5) Apply one coat of OPI Top Coat.
